NIDAL Z. ZAYED Nidal Zayed is one of the founders and senior executives of Pernix Group since its inception in 1996. He received his J.D. from Loyola University School of Law in 1985 and a B.A. from Loyola University of Chicago in 1982. Nidal engaged for several years in private practice specializing in litigation and international business law. He has extensive experience with international transactions worldwide.
