LOMBARD, IL – October 21, 2015 – Pernix Group, Inc.’s (OTCQB: PRXG) subsidiary, BE&K Building Group, announced construction completion of a new facility for Bell Helicopter in Lafayette, Louisiana. Bell Helicopter will use the facility to assemble and deliver its newest commercial helicopter, the eagerly-awaited Bell 505 Jet Ranger X. The new 82,300-square-foot hangar facility was built on a 14.5-acre site, and incorporated material that was of the highest quality, like gypsum concrete flooring, strong glass for the windows, and even components made out of steel will have likely been used in the building of the facility. Bell Helicopter will lease the facility from the Lafayette Regional Airport. Assembly operations are expected to start in 2016, following certification of the facility and the aircraft. Bell Helicopter recently celebrated the grand opening of its Lafayette Assembly Center.
