This project was a design-build contract, to design, procure, perform all work, and commission the Suva New U.S. Embassy Compound (NEC). The construction site is approximately 44,598 square meters in size, undulating and elevated. The Embassy complex includes 5,500 square meters of buildings, perimeter walls, landscaping, parking and site infrastructure.

This ‘Lock and Leave’ facility is comprised of the new office building (NOB), main compound access control (CAC), Service CAC and service plaza, guard booths, mail screening facility, and demarcation building including interface with city utilities. This facility also has power, water and climate control infrastructure to support the compound through extended city utility outages.
